As an event attendee, I hereby grant Help Young Adults Arizona permission to use my (and/or my minor children's) photograph, likeness, and personal story for promotional purposes deemed appropriate by the organization. This may include both internal and external applications, such as collateral materials, newsletters, advertising, videos, websites, emails, social media, mall displays, and other forms of publicity.

I authorize the unlimited use of my story, photograph, or likeness across all print, broadcast, digital, and video materials for an indefinite duration. Additionally, I release Help Young Adults Arizona from any liability related to this usage.
